What you enter stays on your device

The quotation and pro forma invoice generators run in your browser. Company names, addresses, prices, bank details and other form entries are not sent to our server. PDFs are built on your device, and the logo you add is resized and stored on your device.

This browser's local storage keeps the document you are working on, the drafts you save (up to 50) and your logo, so they are there when you come back. They are not shared with other devices or people. Delete a draft with its Delete button, remove the logo with Remove logo, or clear this site's browser data to remove everything.

Statistics and cookies

The quotation and pro forma invoice pages include a statistics script that would ask for your consent before doing anything. It does not run on this domain (quotepad.net), so no statistics are collected here and no consent banner or statistics cookie is set. If that changes, this notice will be updated first. The site does not load advertising scripts.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the service.
